Packaging is a principle factor to the success of any product line and Aoi maintains a competitive edge by giving it's customers an all inclusive "total packaging" service. Aoi maintains the resources necessary in designing and developing packaging for it's customers. Advantages are: reduction in overhead expenses and labor. Aoi uses CAD/CAM facilities and regularly produces new designs for its customers, either from specific specifications or from a blank sheet. Our system enables us to fine-tune new designs and to provide exact packaging prototypes before a product goes into production. Aoi features custom designed thermoplastic casings and trays.
Consistency is the key to quality and through a process of frequent and regular quality checks, Aoi ensures that on long or short run work the last completed is produced and delivered to the same standard as the first.
Aoi has substantial storage facilities capable of holding over 300 pallets with areas for bulk stacking.
